2. Scope of Services

Our services may include:

• Press release drafting based on client-submitted information
• Distribution across third-party media websites and publishing networks
• Reporting and confirmation of publication

We do not own, operate, or control third-party media outlets.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to deliver professional and effective distribution, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee Google rankings, search visibility, backlinks, traffic volume, leads, conversions, sales, or media permanence
• Media outlets may remove, archive, or update content at their discretion, typically within 3 to 24 months
• Social media verification, brand authority, and SEO outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control

All services are delivered on a best-effort basis.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content you submit
• Ensuring your content does not violate copyright, trademark, defamation, financial, or regulatory laws
• Confirming that claims made in your press release are truthful and verifiable

EasyPR reserves the right to reject, revise, or refuse any content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, or harmful.

5. Review & Approval Process

Before publication:

• You will receive a draft (if writing services are included)
• You may request reasonable edits
• Publication will proceed only after your approval or confirmation

Delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.

6. Publication & Distribution

• Distribution counts are based on network availability at the time of publishing
• If minimum distribution cannot be achieved, we may offer:
  • Article revision
  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Published articles may appear on syndicated, partner, or affiliate sites.

7. Removal of Publications

If you request content removal:

• A $150 removal fee applies per order
• Removal typically takes up to 7 business days
• Partial removals are not supported. Removal applies to the entire order only

We cannot guarantee complete removal if third-party sites retain cached or archived copies.

8. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
• Payments are due in full before service delivery
• Refunds are only issued where explicitly stated or approved by EasyPR
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action

9. Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Website content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute Website materials
• Use content for resale or commercial exploitation
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Violation of this section results in immediate termination of access.
